Well, for one thing, I intend to use my blog to share all my wisdom with the world. And not because I think I'm any smarter than the rest of the world. I just have a strong (written) need to communicate. What's there to read here? I have a few passions that I like to talk about. First, there's music, and harder sounds in particular. About 35 years ago, I discovered an incredible fascination with heavy metal in all its forms, and contrary to my parents' predictions, this fascination has continued unabated to this day; in fact, it's even grown from year to year. In addition to my enthusiasm for loud, angry musicians, I've also had a—many would say somewhat frightening—morbid fascination with the dark side of human existence and civilization since I was a child. It starts with classic horror films (I'm still a fervent admirer of George A. Romero's works) a la Friday the 13th or the man in the red and black sweater. It continues with comics and ends in the real world, which in its cruelty leaves even the most radical splatter far behind. What do I prefer to leave to others? I'm not very keen on engaging with sports, as I still believe that it's best done by oneself, which brings me to my next point - sex! Politics isn't necessarily a must either, especially since I'd ruin my own mood in no time. So much for that. What else is there to see here? I can't just

I'm passionate about writing, and I also spend a large part of my time making various accessories for electric guitars, including the occasional electric guitar. With a few exceptions, this is done old-school, meaning by hand. I try to minimize the use of machines wherever possible. This does mean that my products are never 100% identical, or perhaps not perfectly CNC-machined. On the other hand, this results in unique pieces, which more than makes up for it. All of this and much more can be purchased here in my shop (which is still growing - I promise). I keep my prices as low as possible, but I still have to dig a little deeper, because, as I mentioned before, I'm not a CNC machine, but a living person, and I invest a lot of time in my products, which you can see and feel. But enough of that; now for a little entertainment.
